Big Hit 2005 26" chain stay- where to "buy"

Hey guys I bought a 2005 Specialized Big Hit FSR last summer and It still has the 24" tires in the rear. I would like to change that because it is very hard to find a "new" 24" downhill tire.(yes I have been checking the classifieds) So where would I go to buy a 26" chain stay for it? I live in Colorado so would a regular DH shop have it? Like Mojo Wheels? Or would I have to go to a weld shop and have it built for me?

Also for my friends in Colorado, how much would a DH tune up be at Mojo Wheels?
