I'm about 5'9" and ride medium but use a Spank Spike 25-30 Direct Mount Stem which raises the cockpit and shortens it slightly. It's made a massive difference (heaps more fun) compared to my previous Darkside setup with a 50mm Atlas stem.

Anybody running the dark side with a single crown fork? I'd think the DS with a coil tea but a 180mm front single crown (lyric, fox 36, metric, etc) would be a very nimble yet capable bike park machine with some enduro chops as well

Got rid of her now, didn't feel much difference with single crowns to be honest,

I ran mine with a metric until I tried it with an RV1, the metric hasn't seen much use since the swap, the extra lb of weight is completely worth it for the plushness of a DH coil fork.

How do you find the Marzocchis?
I havent ridden with marzocchi forks since my 05 kona stinky.
Any positives/negatives over 40s or boxxers?

I'm loving them so far, I have just been riding factory settings since I got it and haven't really found a need to change anything yet. Its very supple in the first bit of travel and then ramps up a lot. I'm finding that I don't often use all of my travel. What I noticed over the 40's is I barely ever get arm pump and my hands over a long run are a lot less tired. I'd recommend it!
