For everyone running the rockshox monarch rc3 plus, does it come as a debonair, or do you have to upgrade it to it? I picked one up used and it doesn't appear to be a debonair.

This is the shock I picked up;

After two seasons on my 2016 Stumpjumper 650B Elite, it looks like my rear wheel is beat up and is not fixable. What are you guys replacing the stock wheels with? I was looking at the STANS ZTR FLOW MK3 wheelset as an option but they look much heavier than the stock Rovals
I went with the carbon fatties. No issues so far, and the new hub is worlds better.

I've tried so hard in the uk to get a debonair version, ordered from two different retailers both saying it would be the debonair but both came with auto sag and without debonair.
So i decided to go with the autosag still a bloody great shock tho.

I think the Non-Debonair is a better fit to the Stumpy than the DebonAir.

I upgraded to the Roval Carbon Fattie SL's and they are great. BTW, I just took them off my bike because I'm about to put it up for sale w/ the stock wheels on. I will likely sell the Carbon Fattie SL's too, so feel free to PM me if you'd be interested in a used set with about 120 miles on them.

So the chain guide/ bash guard from one up components does not fit on the carbon 2016 stumpy. What bash guards are you all using?

The https://77designz.com/en/ crash plate unit is nice and small, yet works.

Has anyone gone to 160 up front on their 650b?

Hi all, have a command post with a Sram matchmaker mount on the lever, and converting to shimano brakes so wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a bar mount or - ideally - i-spec B adapter. Cheers!

Picked one up couple weeks ago, couldn't be happier with my decision. Previous bike was a NomadC

Just bought a slightly used 2016 expert carbon 650b.

Changes previous owner has made include:
Mavic crossmax xl wheels
Reverb seat post
Renthal lite bars

photo

Changes I've made include:
Blackspire 808 bars (kept from my old SX trail 2)
Short (Probably 35mm?) stem (specialized) - I had it lying around and was shorter than the stock stem

2009 Specialized SX Trail ii
Bars on SX trail

Just wondering what other people have swapped and changed since owning the stumpy? I've read most people put wider bars and a 50mm stem on, but does anyone have any serious recommendations?

Ways to save weight?

Adjustments?

Any input or thoughts on changes you've made would be interesting to know.

Has anyone made theirs super-light?
What weight?
How?
