Hey guys,

Just purchased a new Halo Combat rear wheel, fitted it on and it just keeps jolting? Anyone know why this is happening?

And Iv tightened it up quite well!

What do you mean by "jolting"? The axle is moving in the dropout?
Or something about the cog and chain? Like maybe a geared chain on a singlespeed cog?

I think I need the locknuts adjust as there is play with the axle (it moves inside the hub), so I'm gunna take it to the shop tomorrow because Iv tried adjusting it but no luck.

Do you have a cone wrench and know how to counter-tighten to hold the locknuts and cones in place? (I don't know what kind of hub you have, so this may or may not be relevant).
