Currently working on an amphibious, 6 wheel drive offroad RC vehicle. Will also have 2 motors for the sea with props, etc.
Got the rolling chassis done now just waiting on a giant box of parts from Hobby King so I can finish it.
Its got lasers, its belt driven, a total of 8 motors! It is going to be insane.

I worry about getting it to float though.

Kid at my local track is sponsored by a main, they asked him to run s works and he swears by them now. They're awfully inexpensive for the quality you get too when comparing them to a Kyosho at what? 900 ish?

s works or Mugen for me next year, have an rc8.2e factory team right now and for my first couple days at offroad I'm already up to the 38/39's lap time wise somewhat consistent. The fast guys run low 37's.

Stoked on Rc's... Too stoked.... Lol

We're getting an Indoor track here in Lindsay. they're racing 1/10 and 1/8th scale. Pretty stoked about it. Means I have to get a SCT or a Buggy.

Not a lot of people running nitro these days. I still prefer it over brushless. That is a sick buggy.

Deb, if you're wanting to be fast at everything, grab a B5M,(because dirt cheap and fast). 2wd will certainly make you fast with everything. It's unreal fun too. I run mine with the stock set up and it beats guys with 22 2.0's and has enough speed and stability to make our 8th scale track. Which is HUGE.

There's lots of guys that still run nitro, but to bring it out to a local club race and tune for 3 hours just for 45 minutes tops of track time.... Not everyone's cup of tea. I'll probably grab a Mugen Mtx7 and Mbx7 duo this winter, and an Mbx7 Eco. Truggy is huge here. And with brand new engines I'm sure I won't have an issue with anything after break in.

Ya I know a lot of people complain about tuning but I think it really depends on the motor. I had a collari .32 on my savage and it ran like a dream. Tuned it once and never had to touch it again. Another issue is noise. I had a lot of complaints when I would go to the bmx track or dirt jumps.

I'm looking into a brushless buggy or truggy. I want nitro but the noise is a problem. I want something that I can mess around with in front of my house.

I'll never get another nitro. lol

I'm happy with the charge and go capability of electric.

I've generally had way better time running a big block when it comes to nitro. Every small block I've used was inconsistent when it came to tuning and just not as explosive.

Im excited for tamiyas trf211xm, spawning the 2wd resurgence back to plastic chassis??

I love nitro but I'm very not satisfied with the alfa engine in my sworkz thing acts so weird and doesn't tune well at all.

I just went up to the Hobby Lobby/ Hobby Source we have in town..all he stocks is Camber stuff and OFNA. He's getting a bunch of 1/10 stuff in a couple weeks though, apparently.

I guess if I want an AE, I'll order online or might just buy a used truck.

f*ck boys buy my Rc8.2e factory teams.... One ARTR one a parts chassis. $500 with a mamba max 2 gens ace batt and a savox servo. The guys out here are crybabies and friend helpers (race director) I'm already sick of it. There's quite a few of us boycotting this year already.

If someone does buy it that's the price. But I'll go drive with it until then.
