It will help get rid of him faster if you write a little summary of what happened
He contacted me from my "wanted ad" and offered to sell me some boxer stanchions for my spare fork. I paid $45 for what was agreed for product and delivery. Product never arrived, he would not answer my emails when I questioned him about tracking number and delivery, etc... and when he finally did he just said "sorry". Ban him.

I sold him a marzo shiver fork, and sent it COD. Canada post screwed up and did not charge him for the fork, and he wont message me back anymore. I need his email and phone number to give to canada post so they can settle the claim and give me my money back.
Mods can provide his I.P address to the police, when they request it, then they can track his home address (if he's using a home computer) PM Almostwise for his email.
Yes I have an address, but at this point it is not yet technically him resposible for 'theft', but canada post's responsibility for the failed COD. My problem is that he wont give me the info I need so that CP can contact him. If he does not respond at all, and i dont get my money from CP, then yes I will be forced to call the police and make a theft claim.
