So i'm looking upgrade the rear wheel on my Kona Mahuna 29er. The problem is I don't know much about different standards for 29" wheels. I have a 9 speed Shimano cassette and 6 bolt disk brake. so my question is will any wheel that fits those specifications work on my bike or are there other things I need to look for like axle diameter or other factors?
I couldn't find a tread on this but if it exists please point me there.
Thanks
edit: never mind, I found some good information.

Yeah, axle type and diameter is an issue. You'll need to match that up, along with dropout spacing. Shimano HG style freehub bodies will accommodate anything from 7-11 speeds with the right combination of cassette spacers. 6 bolt flange is a standard size. It would be a good idea to match your old rear rim width, but not totally necessary.
