XT 11spd Rear mech work with XTR 11spd Cassette?

I have the opportunity to acquire a 11 speed XTR CS-M9000 for a good price.
Does anyone know if its compatible with XT 11spd Derailleur and Shifters.
Or is it only happy when other XTR components are used.

Any of the shimano 11 speed groupset components will work well with each other, so you should have no issue using an XT 11 speed mech with an 11 speed XTR cassette.
I've used an XTR cassette with a shimano 105 11 speed road group and it worked flawlessly so you should have no proplems.

I know the XTR cassette requires a specific chain which I have. Just wasn't sure about the spacing's.

I'm pretty sure the XTR cassette doesnt need a specific chain. It probably runs the smoothest with an XTR chain, but I used an ultegra chain on mine and had no issues
