So I took my first good spill on my Devinci Spartan SX. Got up to ride out and the rear derailleur hangar bracket was bent so the arm dug into the rear wheel causing a spoke to bend. Fixed the derailleur and the rest of the spokes are nice and taut. Do I need to replace this one spoke right away?

If it isn't gouged or seriousely abraded I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'd probably just ignore it until the next tire change and replace it then while I have the wheel/tire apart and off the bike anyway. Even if it breaks it's unlikely to cause a catastrophic event. I've ridden for days with a broken spoke taped to it's nearest neighbor. Not ideal, but not the end of the world, either.
