Frame for 6'+ tall rider?

my son keeps growing. he is around 6'2" at 15. afraid his current ride will be too small now. it is an 09 Morewood Izumi. what is out there that will ride similarly that is a good fit size wise?

I am also 6'2. I am also looking for a bigger bike, wish the V10 was in my price range. There is not a lot of manufacturers catering for our tall guys. I know some of my buddies complain about the L Morewood (650b) being a bit small.

I ride a 2014 GT Fury frame size large. I'm 6' 4'' and it fits well.
