Totally, yes. I had 2 on my Majesty and it's a pretty good tire at high pressure. Most tires with low profile knobs do well on dusty, dry dirtjump lines.
I greatly prefer KHE Mac2 Dirt tires for dirt, but Continental RKs make a good front paired with something slightly slicker in the rear. Best combos for tires are
Booze light f and r KHE mac2 dirt front, Maxxis DTH rear Spesh Rythym lite front, KHE mac2 or compound control rear
There are literally over a hundred tires that would work well on dirt, these are some of my favorite combos.
I would never run Racekings for street, btw. I have experience with these tires and they're not great for street park. Not horrible either but almost all of the aforementined tires are better even I you only ride street/park like 10% of the time.
While suitable, yes. It may or may not be appropriate for certain trails. Rough, sandy or gravelly dirt would be fine for it. But I wouldn't show up at well packed smooth trails with knobbies to tear up the dirt. Every trail set is different, just sayin.
