Go read it, the shifter automatically picks the best gear ratio when you shift based on gear inches, chainline, and minimizing front chainring shifting...and you can dump gears.

Well that video was long. This has been around for a while now, not sure on actual production but it has been noted as to what kind of impact in which this will go off?
And you have to send it back to them to be put right again after a crash or accidental set off.

It's a drivetrain/motor for the Evation Mal e-bike, with the battery and everything inside there. Only half a kilo, but it only fits their frame.
