Problems with the new Rock Shox Reverb Stealth B1

Hello guys, I just bought a new RS Reverb Stealth B1 dropper and on the first week it has started to drop around 8mm when it's on the top position. Any advise what I should do?

Describe how you've been storing the bike. Do you keep the dropper extended when not in use?
