I'm Regional Admin for Trailforks and our local group (California > Central Coast (South)/Tri-counties). We have numerous subregions established in our sphere of influence with extensive concentrated trail networks within those subregions. Though it may seem unusual for some, during rain events here, it is necessary for the Land Manager (City Open Space) to close these networks to all multi-use to prevent trail destruction. Is there a way as Admin that I can go in and mark an entire subregion closed or set up a timed closure without having to go to every trail or the majority of the lead-in trails and close each one of them?

Yes for sure Trailforks can do all of that!

First you can use the "Bulk Trail Report" feature to apply a report status/condition to many trails in a region. It is shown near the end of this video https://www.pinkbike.com/video/385539/

You can also schedule reports & bulk reports. https://www.pinkbike.com/video/429573/

You can also create a "trail list" of trails from multiple regions that you might often apply reports too. Then a bulk report can be added to a trail list. For example this list only selects 9 of 32 trails in this region http://www.trailforks.com/list/32/
