went for a little spin on my identity p60 this morning and under braking the back wheel pulled to one side and rubbed on the frame. I pulled the wheel back into place but since then every time I apply the brake or land a drop the rear wheel becomes misaligned, it just seems to be on the drive side however I am pretty sure the axel is moving in both sides. first question is it just faulty dropouts and if so what do I get? secondly can I not just run without them and shorten the chain? I haven't really got a clue about these bikes as I've only recently picked it up.

Thanks
