So i have an old 26 er with new 160mm travel pikes and an buying a new bike with 27.5inch wheels and 150mm pikes.
Old stuff is going on DJ bike so i want to swap the travel between the two. Is it possible?

Having a bit of trouble understanding your question. but it sounds like you just want to swap the air shafts to change the travel?

Not possible and pointless. Because a 160mm 26" Air shaft would be 150mm on a 27.5.
And if you want to run it on a Dj, 100mm? Also not possible as you can only reduce 10-20mm from the stock travel only.

Solo air Pikes can be set to about 120mm....

Dunno about dual air pikes, and 26"ers..
