Breaks

I have avid juicy 3 breaks and a 2017 specialized hardrock 27.5 with a Manitou Marvel Comp fork. Post mount in the front and IS in the rear. I can't get the breaks to fit. I thought at first they were for 140mm rotors, ( I have 160mm front and rear) but a measured roughly, and the additional space I need is about ten mm. Could it be possible that the cps mounting system will cover that distace or do I need adapters? If so, what size?
