If you're an enthusiast any car you own will be a project. I will never be 100 percent satisfied with any vehicle I own. There is always room for improvement.
There's a difference between owning a project and buying someone's "project" though. If you were to sell your truck tomorrow, you wouldn't advertise it as a project truck simply because you still had further plans for it. Regardless of those plans, it doesn't absolutely require any further work. Now if you had it half torn apart mid-work then you'd be a lot more inclined to sell it as a project. In short; advertised as a project car = some/ too much assembly required.
meant to ask how hard/much would this be to repair and maintain?
From everything I have heard about lancia's is they are rather rare to find in decent shape, so I would look into at least how much/how disposable the parts are

True true true. My cars are never ending projects but they are not project trucks or project cars. Good point.
