Hehe, good ol Marzocchi. I'm not an expert on those forks, but its possible its just an error on their part, or your internals were switched around at some point. I would try 155 in left, 10 in the right. Did you notice how much oil came out when you opened them up?

there's a lot of oil in both sides, definitely more than 10cc (10ml) and i'm pretty sure they didn't f*ck up putting the internals in the wrong sides haha. for now i've tried 155cc both sides and it seems to be okkkkkk time will tell

lol, that pretty much confirms that the Marzocchi oil chart is incorrect for your fork. Im sure its all good now.

hi i need to change the oil in my 2006 888 vf i think they havnt had a oil change since new lol any ideas on how to take them apart and clean them and what WT oil i should use? im 127 lbs

loosen off the bottom bolts give the threads a knock with a rubber mallet, take the lowers off, drain the oil, clean with a cloth and a hose if you dry them properly.. then check the marzocchi website for oil volumes and weights

I'm sorry but I'm new to dh and I have the same.marzocchi forms. I just rebuilt the forks and was curious how much oil do u put in. I have everything. I just don't want to over or underfill
