Shimano Hone Cranks?

I'm building trail/am bike and I have Truvativ FiveD cranks. Maybe I should change them to Shimano Hone? I've never used hollowtech systems. What can you say about shimano's BB? Are they better than GigaPipe Team DH / Howitzer? Thanks
