Hmm, you may want to try a higher bar height... I'm 6'3 as well, and that bar height seems dangerous to me. Check out what peaty and minnaar are running in terms of stack height, they are around 6'3 as well.

Got it custom painted by a bicycle engineer over here, only cost $40 for a really high quality job, super happy with it

what kind of painting process did it have to go through? could you do it at any car paint shop?

From what he told me quickly, thrown in a stripping tank for a few days then powercoated. I don't see why a car painter couldn't do it although you'll have to either fill up the threads before painting with putty or something or have them cleaned and re-threaded after.
