I would only have to be a few mm thick, like 4 if you use a bash ring, but if you are making it a taco guide I'd go wider, also, where would you get this carbon from

it's not hard but you need a few tools and knowledge to do it, i would get a sheet and laser cut it

Will probs have a bash with a cheap sheet of nylon and then make one out of aluminium. Similarly, how difficult is ti to work?

Also, made a bushing removal too today for fox forks Smile Works a treat, will get pics later

I've thought of making a bushing removal tool, it doesn't sound overly complicated, I do lack access to metal working tools though.

True story.

Mine cost me approximately £4 to make. Making the piece on the end that actually removes the bushing is the hardest part.

Damn thats light. Ordered a alu plate for prototype 1. May do it in carbon later
