What are the conditions like on Crank it up/ a line now? Would a 6" AM bike be ok? I was told yesterday that the brake bumps are bad and that only 8" would work....

I rode a giant reign the other day it was fine, I've been riding a hooker with 100mm travel front and back my hands are so sore I can't ride anymore it sucks, anyone got tips on how to relieve this hand pain?
Kinda late but; Try putting a small ball on a table or something, put your hand on top of it and move your hand so your like rolling the ball. Works wonders for me.
Can you expound more on the ball on table thing? before of after riding? Size of ball, angle of hand/wrist?
Thanks,

Does anyone know why the snow at the top of Garbonzo is red?

my hands hurt like hell from riding yesterday, Iv been to the park once a month for the last 4 years and they have never hurt like this, you guys think my fork needs a rebuild?
I also found that fatter grips work. I picked up a set of these and they helped quite a bit.

Just use a little ball. Roll your hand on it. Anytime. Doesn't get more simple than that. It also helps to push down a little bit on the ball while rolling it. Good stuff, I know.

I run fat Oury grips. I tried a few different types and I like these the best.

about 20% up the garbanzo lift theres a wood ramp going down off a rock thats super steep, is that an actual run?

They used it for one scene in a video that was released not that long ago (end of last season) Kenny Smith hit it a believe. Don't go near it, the landing is no good right now. Besides, if you get caught hitting it you will most likely loose your pass.

Yup, did a bit of research and it wasn"t the one in the video. Why teh hell was that built? Thought it was for a shoot. It's not possible that you've seen it from 4 years ago. It was just built last year. It is right under the garbo lift on the right side. (that's the one I'm talking about), not the one in the trees on top of the rock further to the right

I saw that with a buddy of mine who wanted to film it. I wouldn't go. It's really cool seeing it. Looks like a piece of MTB history if you ask me.
