I want a 125 just for shits and fun. Easily could rebuild in a night too. My bike didn't blow up, it was a recall on the early release 350's with the transmission.

Yeah, they never really get changed (except for plastics) and they're bulletproof. Also, there's a chance we may be getting a backlot across the road from my cottage with tonnes of land... aka if I get it a track is going in there ASAP.

It'd be sick. Double as a SnoX track in the winter. And the land has decent elevation so I'd build some DH trails too.

haha yea. we looked at a few forest lots around my cottage last year and seriously like 300-500 thousand for pure forest. stupid

That's what lots beside our actually cottage are like, this is a backlot though so it should be way cheaper.

Edit: Also, Tedesco dropped down to little bikes again!

land dont come cheap. mind you it was a descent amount (cant remember exact amount of acres) and part water front so you cant expect to get that shit for free. but ya really, just pure forest that you're going to have to cut and then spend even more on soil to cover it

Waterfront boosts value so much. We have an extra lot beside my cottage (to prevent neighbours and stuff) and it'd sell for SO much if we wanted to sell it. Nice little cushion ya know?

we are thinking of trying to buy some of the field that surrounds our property and building a nice track. the one i have now is not big enough :/ hopefully all goes well it would be a dream come true, tho i have lots of private tracks within 20 min of my house so its not all bad and the closest nice track (othe rthan hiawatha that you cant ride unless its race day) is grandbend and its stilll only 45 min from home
