I highly suggest something other than a loosefer.

G Sport Pleg: POS, shattered 2 sleeves in 3 days riding. Dont buy, unless you just want to look at them. 0/10

We The People Royal V2: 8/10
PROS: Good, solid cranks. They have worn through the paint, but that doesnt bother me. Got them on sale, and i dont regret it at all. Never work their way loose, and can only get them off with removal tool. Buy some, theyre great. Come with grease, pedal spanner and tool. Recommend to anyone.
CONS: A little on the heavy side, and the bolts are easily rounded when applying pressure to install them.

Shadow Ravager Pedals: 7/10
PROS: Good, grippy pedals. Lasted since christmas, and i ride regularly. Slide well on any surface, and dont wear down fast. I grind all the time, and they still have 30-40% left after 5 months.
CONS: Bearings came fully undone a couple of weeks ago, and the pedal body slid off. Had to rebuild with old odyssey twisted internals. But has been fine since.

Duo Resilite Post:3/10
PROS: Light, looks pretty sweet. Also, its a good length.
CONS: I had my seat fully tightened and it twisted slightly, which shredded part of the post. Its been persistently twisting with no way of stopping it for ages. I fixed it my putting two self-threading screws through my integrated seatclamp area.

Salt Plus Hubs: 9/10
PROS: Suprisingly good, come stock on wethepeople completes. But also can be bought for about £130-140 for the pair. They have great bearings while they work, and it doesnt give me a headache. Has great engagement, and the rear is lhd/rhd switchable. The front is female, and works great with pegs. Same with the rear, but a hubguard should really be used. Nice colours to.
CONS: My rear bearings have just gone, although that isnt really a problem. Cheap fix.

Are you talking about the PCs? The PC shadow ravengers are the single best pedals I have ever ridden.
Light,
strong,
cheap,
tough,
reliable,
long lasting,
bigger platform,
grip great,
etc.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about the shadow ravenger PC pedals.

I have no idea about the hub, but for spokes, more then likely yes and you should never use spokes twice.

dude, more than that the spoke size will most be different. But yes, your supposed to replace spokes every 2 years (depending on how much you ride) I think. They stretch to the point where they wont tighten or break.

You shouldnt use them twice ether,as their already strechted out.
