I wouldnt get a Recon, buy used, you can get stuff wayyy cheaper. I'd look for a used Pike, DJ1 or Argyle

Or run what you got. Fancy new forks aren't going to make you faster. Use what you have. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Doesnt matter what its being used for in this case... buy something used that can handle your progression... all my forks ive bought used, but you have to look carefully... the forks ive purchased we're in like new condition...but still cheaper than new

You're looking at one of the most expensive upgrades on a bike, with a tiny little budget, you have little to no options that will last doing any freeride type riding.

The only way to get what you are looking for is to save up and double or triple your budget, or buy used. One of these is much easier than the other option.
