This thread should come back, i dont feel like joining silverfish or some other site just to talk about longboarding when theres plenty of people here that love to skate. I was also wondering if anyone here had ever ridden the Comet Ethos or the new Landyachtz Tomahawk and if they could tell me a little about them.
the comet ethos looks really small and playfull where the tomahawk looks pretty long and heavy like there dh boards. I guess i need to decide on what kind of riding i want to be doing. just kind of babbling trying to figure out what board to get.

look at the dk penguin, it's long but really flexy/poppy and light for tricks and whatnot, with kicks, if thats what you're going for
Sorry to seriously gravedig here guys... But me and a few mates are trying to get into Longboarding, and are wondering what sort of board we should be looking at. We are all riding just for fun right now, so cruising/carving. It can get a bit hilly around here though... Anyone heard of Atom? http://www.longboardsuk.com/complete-decks/atom-41-drop-deck-longboard.html Not looking to spend more than £100 really, about $150...
