So far, I'm loving my MoB at the track. The only distinct disadvantage is that if the rhythm is particularly deep and tightly spaced, I pretty much have to pogo through the last of it lest I get sucked into the last couple of rollers of it. Other wise, it rides perfectly. It's also much easier to bang bars with the competition without fear of losing my front wheel
So it looks like race season is about to begin for 2014 in Quebec & Ontario after a long brutal winter.Boisbriand has an Open on May 3 & Kingston's 1st race is the 4th.After missing last year I'm excited to get back in the gate & see how it goes
The price as of now is what I am into it. What is a decent price?
Sorry but I don't know who to ask.
I'm sorry but I don't think anybody will pay any more than 1000 monies for that. Not that its not a nice build or anything, but it seems that race bikes depreciate in value very fast.
There is just not really that much of a demand for higher end race bikes, because pretty much anybody looking to spend over a grand will probably want to build it themselves just the way they want it.
Also, even though the GT has fairly nice specs, it doesn't really have anything really flashy and/or ungodly desirable pieces. Meaning mostly that it doesn't say "Supercross" or "Profile Elite" or "Chris King" or any of the other overrated brands.
It could also be kinda hard to sell, especially if you don't have a very big race scene where you live, because as you can tell there's not a whole lot of racers on PB, especially ones searching for used race bikes.
Not trying to be a downer here, but just trying to be real. Good luck though.
