I live in Sherbrooke and I have been in serious accidents but with head injuries & back and Knee problems. The Hospitals are both amazing. I Destroyed my C7-C8 left with severe back pain at times, Dislocated Left knee, surgery done on my left leg, 2 times. Injections in my spinal cord for inflammation.

did this the other day at the airdome, was going for a whip to bar, got a lil wonky in the air and threw the bar way too late. landed with no hands on and a lil sideways, my forward momentum made me fold under my bike into the foam, but my foot decided to stay on the pedal. the result: broke and dislocated ankle, broken fibula, and tore my deltoid ligament
f*cked up my ankle on a tailwhip to bar into foam

Luckily I was wearing a helmet. Over cooked a flip in August last year and fractured my skull. If I had not been wearing my lid I would have been dead. Literally. You may think it's fun or nice to not wear a lid, but take it from me... head injuries are not worth it. Please be smart. Neuro surgery is not something you can easily recover from.

Did this a couple of years back after overcooking it at Innerleithen. It's just a relatively minor broken wrist but I ended up with temporary pins (which were then pulled out with pliers and no painkillers) and an infection from falling in a swimming pool.

When the cast was taken off, showing the nice infected gunge.

Nice..!!..I got the same pins..but I broke the two wrist bones at the same time...having those pins inside cast is the most uncomfortable thing ever.

Mine felt like they were rubbing against tendons, didn't feel nice. It didn't help that I had a proper plaster cast too which just weighed down on them
