i had a max of 150 befor i quit working out for football. but i recently started back up and today i benched 135x4 so i just have to get back into the swing of things. i weigh 140lbs.

i was 5'5 then AND now. lol i don't grow anymore... damn genetics. and i did do that because the previous years i did work out quite a bit. but i've stopped working out regularly. just do it the random times my friends call me to go but yeah...
Ok everyone, how much can you bench compared to your bodyweight? Right now im benching 225 for a max one rep and i weigh 146.
you weigh 146lbs and are 6'1 i highly doubt that you benched 225 but you could have i guess if the rest of your body was a tooth pic and your upper body was just ripped
