ALL that is red..
it was sprayed on, few coats of red, decals and then a few clears.

pretty well, they will turn a different (darker) shade of white over time from dirt and what not.. but just do alot of coats, i did like 6

masking tape, then i just used a really fine point screw driver and went around the logo to cut off the extra tape, and tape over the threads obviousaly. (the pedals in the pic are not mine, but i did the same thing and had the same result)
