Very nice and unusual, reminds me of my old stealth machine - SC Bullit mk1 - never could get hold of any black rotors.

i had the standard rp23, was ok. it was good if you havnt tried the cane creek. now, the cane creek will never be coming off, it's incredible! i didnt want to believe the hype, but i was so impressed! well worth the money

well if you lock it out, it's not working Razz
the spring on the cane creek is at the soft end for me, and i can climb that as smooth, if not better than when i had the rp23 on it. i really didnt like the lock out on the rp23 as there was a small amount of play that was really annoying. i really do prefer pedaling the cane creek around to anything ive tried so far. very happy with it

I'm glad hearing this because I've been looking at the CC DB air for a replacement for a RP23 kashima as its only 200g heavier, extremely tempted now
