probably not grw at all, cadrio makes muscle leaner as well, you probably wont build muscle from running, especially concidering cardo can actually shrink muscle mass.

Sprinting is anaerobic. Thats also why you have to fuel your body properly before you exercise so that your not burning your muscle, but your burning your fat cells.
