no not really, hard core and screamo are two total different genres, i know what hard core sounds like i just wanted to know what he thought real hard core was. anyone who doesnt listen to that music will be like it all scream, but there is major differences.

hardcore is more of punk with more of a progressive beat which is what i listen to
