I found a free program that does HDR pics and it outputs a TIFF file but cannot open it with Paint, Paint.NET, or even Photoshop Elements 7. Would like to save it as a regular jpg.

i think he is being critical that there is no subject. Its also a bit dark but apart from that it looks like its along the right lines.

yes first look up what hdr actaully stands for, and you'll realize why your photo is far from it

as i stated, im pretty shakey, and pic was taken in auto mode as i couldnt be bothered to go through a load of settings
