id prob put bigger wider handle bars on it,maybe bigger wheel set&tyres,maybe bigger brakes,,but man ,love the '99- '00 kona name decals, its a nice bike ,im into it Smile Drool

Already has wider than stock bars.
I forget how wide but they are only 25.4's.
Personally I would install 31.8's x 680.
Wheels are 26 and tires are 2.10.
Better brakes not necessarily bigger.
Hydraulics would mean a little modifying as the slots are only for cable.
But this bike will not be ridden hard so everything suits it.
It looks small, but rides like it's big.
Very comfortable.

And the glow in the dark decals......priceless

here's my 2 currently, I've had the humuhumu for a few years, did a lot of work to get it up to snuff. I just picked up the cinder cone last week....needs lots of work...I've never seen such a worn drivetrain.
