all hand machined from a solid 1" aluminum bar

My 07 lowers did that, caused a nasty OTB crash one when I tried smithing a wooden ledge.

You should test out the 20mm one, check it works boss and then start selling these mo'f*cka's. People will pay good money for a strong, light peg solution.
