But it's hard ano. Isn't that why Straitline only offers their chainring in one ugly colour?

hard ano is just ano done at sub-zero temps, or I'm pretty sure that's what it is. but there's a fair few companies doing hard ano chainrings all the same shitty dull gold colour. renthal and middleburn are 2 I know of definately

Does anyone know where to buy in Europe a ti spring, 275lbs, for a rc4 240mm, CRC doesn't have that stroke...

WTF??? 240mm is almost 9.5 inches... There is no 9.5" stroke RC4. Are you talking about a 9.5 x 3 shock? If that's the case, you only need a 3" or 76mm spring.

I own a devinci wilson, its 10x3.5 shock

That's no 240mm shock then,you should have mentioned you need a 275lbs Ti for a 267mm shock.

WTF mate? Is that coil or air? I JUST got mine back from warranty for issues with the air spring. Are you puting the beginning of the messure at the top of the seal?

That's coil, forgot you had the solo air... And yes, that's with the beginning of the tape at the top of the wiper seal.

Im going to have to do some playing around now to see whats up. I need to go for a spin on the Totem on some regular non-lift trails before choosing. Although, if the Totem presents me with any more problems the 36 is going to find its way onto my bike regardless.
when i converted my lyrik to solo air i lost some free travel, never bothered to work out why...just rode it!

The bottom out bumpers probably compress like 3mm on impacts, so lets say 178mm.

I was putting all my weight on the bars and bouncing to get them as compressed as possible, deffinately a dead stop at 175mm. I could try removing the bumpers but I just dont care that much. I just thought it was something interesting to note.
You guys know how the stanchion 'sinks' a little bit when you have more air in your negative chamber than your positive on a dual air fork? Do you think that's a possibility here? Perhaps air got trapped below the positive chamber seal. I wouldn't worry about it too much as long as it feels ok

It never ceases to amaze me just how much weight you can save by moving to a ti coil...

This is the case, except even if I burp the air out of the negative chamber and then re-fill th fork, after riding it a bit it goes back to 6.5" of travel or there abouts. I have to push the lowers down to get them to full travel. If I pump the air pressure above what I need it helps, but then its too sprung. I'm just a little too light I guess.

I know very little, but do ti spring perform better than a regular spring? Or is it the same, but just significantly lighter.
