does the rebound click have any effect on the performance of the fork? or is it jsut annoying. iv recently got some boxxer races and need to put some more oil in them, and i think it has the click problem.

rebound is one of the most important settings besides spring size. faster rebound allowing the fork to return to the ground fast after hitting rocks for maxximum traction is roccky/rooty sections. but don't run it to high, it'll shoot you into the trees. haha, slow is good for smoother trails and bumps that are more spaced apart. if you not sure, run it in the middle of the setting.
yeah i know that, but there is a click, the problem with the rebound damper in the 2010 race, and i dont want to be riding it if it damages the fork
