Oh man, I went out for a quick spin to check out a potential build and... I couldn't ride. Seriously, I was like a drunk cow on ice skates out there. This isn't gnar either, just some fairly flat singletrack with some muddy bits here and there. I'm taking a gov't official for a tour of some trails on Saturday morning, and I hope I remember how to ride by then. Beer will help.
