Wow, your bike is so 2005. Big Grin
In all honesty, not sure why anyone would compromise durability to go ultra lite unless you're racing and a few 10ths actually mean something.
It's sooo 2005...I don't call it the "Porko" for nothin! With my ham-fisted riding style, it's the perfect bike for me...I'm not worried about what happens to it...I bang my Blackspire chain guide over everything and have abandoned my bike mid-flight more times than I can remember and it holds up like a trooper. Shit, I'm still running a rear tire with a small tear in the sidewall that I got last season when I flatted near the top of Garbo and didn't notice till the bottom!

Snip went well. Dr pollock has the shit sorted. No needle. No scalpel. No dramas. I drove back to clearwater about 20 mins after the fact. I feel shitty now...like my nutz are in a vice. Cold pack and bed for this guy.
That's the guy I heard about...went on the website to see exactly how he does it but couldn't really find out...probably be the guy I go see. Eek

I've heard the radio ads. So no scalpel? No stitches? Common sense tells me the only way in there is through the hole. Am I right? If that's the case, I think I'd rather go scalpel. Or just have more kids...

One more tip is to make sure you wait till the pain meds start too wear off before you start to use the ice.
Seem obvious but I know of somebody who did not wait and gave themselves frostbite.

Eeeek! General rule: ice for 10min, off for 10min.

if you need any info just send me a pm and I will give you the details. Its a pretty fast and mostly painless procedure. I mean it hurts but not drop to your knees and cry like a baby hurt. more like i slipped a pedal and smashed my nuts kind of hurt.....that last a day or two.

The no needle is great...they use air to shot the freezing on to your scrot. feels like getting snapped my an elastics. The no scalpel means no huge cut. they use a tool that pokes a hole no bigger than this "I".

I asked the good doctor about riding and he said when you feel better go for a ride.

I wouldn't recommend any pedaling in the next while Chris. Heal up fast, and you'll be shooting blanks in no time!

hahaha thanks!

The jock strap is now an essential piece of kit.
