Pull it apart, take the bearings out. Clean it all up. Put it back together. See what happens?

Similar problem as the guy above? The hub wobbles side to side on a transition revolution wheelset. Is it the bearings or could it be the freehub?

so, had an odd problem today with a hollow bolt for my shock, it was seized inside my bushings (I even tried hammering it out with a punch and hammer, didn't budge), Long story short I had to drill it out....so now I need a replacement bolt...

would LBS have them? or would I be better off going to Brafasco or something?

I may also need new bushings....should I go with aluminum, plastic, delrin or ? Bushings for my frame also act as spacers. to center the shock.

and anything I can do to prevent this poblem in the future?

So i have 08 boxxer teams. Lately if i rock a bump and use more then like 2/3 of my travel the driveside seal will pop out? Like there is a loudish "pop" and its up on my stantion. I can push it back in place and keep riding fine. Whats up? it feels push and well lubracated...any advice?
Thanks!

Anyone have or had a ns rotary front hub 20mm because mine is like brand new and there is a small loose in it... So Im wondering if its normal? but I doubt it.

Im running the rotary 2011's back and front (20mm front), but what do you mean a small loose in it? do you mean it wobbles a bit?

yeah it wobbles a little bit and when I move the wheel left to right or right to left I can feel the loose... Someone told me its the bearings that needs to be push back in place or something.

Not too sure on the bearing bit, but when i took mine out of the box (last year) the Blue bits were wobbling, but it runs perfectly fine and as i bought mine new and as i took them out of the box on delivery, it did wobble a bit, but like i said it runs fine

Same problem as voltage rider but with my dt swiss wheels.

I tapped the bearings to check they were seated correctly with a socket and then put it back on the bike and tightened the hell out of the QR

You will probably want a 34 or 36t chainring for an all around kinda bike. I had a 32t with an 11-23 and I would be spinning out a lot even with that. I never used the bigger cogs. Id recommend 34t ring with an 11-28 cassette

If your going to be doing a fair bit of all mountain id recommend an 11-36 cassette, then anywhere from 32-36 tooth chainring depending on how big the hills by you are

Look at the code on the bearimg seal and buy the bearings with that code on ebay for cheeeap.

If that fails, look on crc, they now do ns spare parts so they may do spare hub bearings. I'd imagine it'll just be a standard bearing though so ebay would be a cheaper and equally as good route tup
