Not seen anywhere that does em yet, though that new air can is gorgeous! Drool

Dead quick question here, changing out wheels on my xc hardtail and have 2 rims to choose from, Kore XCD or DT Swiss EX5.10?

My 5.1 is butter, softer than my 500, which I wouldn't recommend either.

Sure it's not a loose headset? or might be worn out bushings, In which case you'll have to replace your lowers, to get new bushings.

I don't think it's the headset although I'll check that again. It's more of a cracking noise than a creak if that makes sense.

and no, no play in the bushings. could it possibly be stem related?

I would check the stem, just to make sure. Take it off, clean the steerer and inside of the stem and re-install. Could be over torqued bolts too.

The sctanchion/crown and crown steerer junctions are known to come loose afyer sometime and make creaking/Cracking noises. It isn't super common but it does happen.

What he said^ It'll most likely be a loose steerer. Unfortunately there's no fix for it other than a new CSU
