Any suggestions on what I can do appearance/performance wise? I was thinking of getting a Dual Crown fork but haven't seen many 09-10 Norco Shore's with it.
Take a look at my 2011 shore to get some idea me and friend have near identical builds and they work really well

And then picked this one up last summer from a buddy for $850 as shown. I've since put a new Monarch RL on it but have not taken any photos of that. 2009 Fluid LT3 with many upgrades and a single chainring upfront.

What's the size of the Monarch you bought and how much did it cost?

Monarch was $200 and has 165mm travel I think.
