Angelfire was possibly the only World Cup where a 29er was raced. Back in 2006 maybe? Homemade bike too.

That was a fun course to race. The video didn't show too much of the upper section that was just as gnarly as the rock garden- but off camber. Definitely a WC level course but longer, most guys where in the 6.5 minute range. Props to Angelfire bike park for a awesome course and an amazing bike park.

It was also really dry up there so the trails were rutted out and worse than normal. All in all it's a really nice mountain. A lot of dirt has been moved, everything was relatively cheap, people were super nice.... good times had by all!

Ok 2 things I noticed, that track is gnarly as shit! And some riders no armour let alone no elbow pads??? Just askin for a serious injury IMO. Great video gnarly riding!
