National Champs were in Bala this year, a brand new track greeted riders. The track had it all, big jumps to fast and loose corners, so the riders were clearly excited to start racing on such a track. Despite meaning to be 30 degrees the sun did finally decided to come out for racing. Sponsored by X-Fusion and produced by Aspect Media.
Shame about Peaty as he hasn't had a super sick result in a while as new riders are coming through younger and faster. But it still shows at the age of what 38 is he? You can still train, you can still compete and you can still win if the luck is there. Fair play to the bloke/god for having such an inspiring life and well done to him in qualifying, gutted for the race run. Oh and fair play Gee, looks like Aaron Gwin has been mildly blown out the water by Gee this year so far, can't wait for the next world cup.
I can't count the number of times I've seen fairclough ride something in an edit and then catch myself saying "that was sick" outloud to an empty room.
