Hell No the racing season's not over yet! Not to mention you probably need to get your stuffed arse off the couch and burn off all that pumpkin pie you downed over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upstate SORBA's Cranksgiving Weekend is back at Paris Mountain State Park, Greenville, SC. There's lot to choose from, one, two or all... pick your poison with the Jive Turkey Alley Cat, Suspension Experts SC State Champs Super D, and/or the Paris Mtn Wild Turkey Enduro.

Friday Night kicks off with the “Jive Turkey Alley Cat Race” at one of the best local dive's in Downtown Greenville, Chicora Alley, with all proceeds benefiting a local Upstate food bank.

Saturday drive out to the locals favorite place to ride, Paris Mountain State Park, where by the end of the day, the South Carolina Super D State Champion will be crowned. After you've got your D on, follow us out to Sunrift Adventures in Traveler Rest, SC and top the evening off with a fun filled night of drag races, dirt jams, music, food, and adult beverages. The party is open to all.

I think they mean out of the 1.23 miles, 10 % is uphill. I dont think they were referring to the elevation gain

Check out the pictures from the event. The majority of the pictures are from Saturday & sat night. There will be a link for a web site soon, but for now here is face book. Everyone like the page, as this will be where I will post anything I'm at with the camera in the future. www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.361142594029837.1073741829.352049634939133&type=1

Nice venue but $58 for a 2 mile Super D??? then another $58 for the enduro. I don't even think the Pisgah Enduro was that much. I think I will pass on this one.

The super d course kinda sucks. A lot of pedaling out of the gate. It's an xc racers advantage in the super d for sure.
