It's that time of year again, slopestyle season is in full swing and I hope you guys and gals are ready for one of the most anticipated events of the year...Crankworx Les Deux Alpes! After the success of last year, Crankworx L2A graces the French hillside once again, and boy was everyone looking to make it bigger and badder than ever! With a few key sponsors still onboard from last year including Teva, Redbull and SRAM, this year saw new support from some big names making the event one to remember.
With a successful week of events, it wasn't long until the highly anticipated IXS Slopestyle and Teva Best Trick started to rev up. So why not catch up with all the action right now in the form of still imagery!
Having had a few wet days in the week, the weather and wind was on everyone's minds, but with the forecast looking to be a scorcher, the shorts and sombreros were donned for what was to be some exciting slopestyle action and with such amazing scenery as a backdrop it sure was the place to be this weekend. With a few alterations to last year, the slopestyle course, on the whole, was looking similar to the previous year with its mix of drops, booters and wooden features to wet your palate with.
And there you have it...another Crankworx L2A Slopestyle ticked off and another win for Brandon Semenuk. Keep a keen eye on these top 3 as they will be the ones to watch come Whistler Crankworx next month!

Although, the coverage of the event was good as seen above^ Congrats on that, but the brett crash really did wind me up.
what use is a guy with 2 cameras slung around him to a crashed bret rheeder? journalists are there to cover, not assist with anything, not worth getting wound up over

I've been wondering, how the hell it isn't too hot for them in those pants???!!!
For me it would be too hot and too uncomfortable to throw some tricks?
Props Laurence!
But anyway thanks Sam for prooving me wrong, there is the shot of the doble flip indeed- think it's high time to say "NO" to vodka evenings...
Cheers
