King will do any color or size combo.....done it several times. Sounds like you have a uninformed or lazy shop.

Cool stuff. I want one of those Park Tool bottle opener, mini wrench things.
Also, when you say a dry lake bed is full of water, doesn't that just make it a lake?

We've had some unusually big rain storms recently. Often years will go by with no water in that "lake." In a few more weeks it will likely be dry again.

I actually had the pleasure of seeing the XX1 in action last night and am thoroughly impressed. It will be awesome for certain types of riding. Seriously considering getting some for myself.

I rode the XX grip shift and felt a bit awkward compared to the normal XX shifters. I just you can't kick habits once you have spent all your life on trigger shifters.

i work on old bikes a lot, and short of taking off components and using a bench grinder to take rust off, wd40 and steel wool is the next best thing. im definetly going to look into their other bike lubes

Was the dunk tank girl one of the WTB staff members / sponsored riders or did they just hire a local "model" ?

A foam thing that fits around your beer to keep it cold. Probably has their logo all over it.

I was so much happier thinking a koozie would be a tight cuddle from that moist blondy. Ohwell, I will just have to settle for cuddling my own blondy haha.
