 Daire, he did that because he was smart. He had his cam on and if, by any chance, she was injured or had damage done to her bike (no way in hell) the footage could be used to defend, in favor of the man, in the event she prosecutes. He stayed in the 'right' by apologizing and insisting on staying with her as soon as she mentioned her leg might be 'broken' (no way in hell). If she filled a case against him it would be dismissed immediately. In fact, he has grounds to counter sew. Technically she can be brought up on charges of assault for irresponsible breaking without obvious reason to and, especially, for lunging at him with the bike.

 The first two videos are funny, the third is disturbing. That woman went way off the deep end for something that was an accident. Unfortunately it is the responsibility of the uphill rider to yield the right of way which also entails leaving sufficient room in the case the rider in front crashes or stops suddenly. In reality it was definitely her fault but the fact of the matter is that generally the person behind is responsible for any collision.

Kenny I know I am tired and irritable right now having worked way too many hours in a row, but seriously "breaking" and "sew", those are pretty grade 2 spelling mistakes.

 I apologize, that up there was written via an iphone which auto correct on. Not to be a troll or anything, but both "breaking" and "sew" are spelled correctly, just used wrong. That makes them grammar mistakes if I'm correct.

 reminds me of last week while skiin down a cattrack a guy uphill from the cattrack totally cut me off and i had to dive and eat shit to the side in order to not take out this 50+ year old guy. while i was sliding on my face for about 15 feet with only one ski i thought to myself "im gonna rip this douchebag a new one". but when i stood up i took a good breath, forgave the guy and we went on our merry way.

Crazy bitches (or guy bitches) like this are not doing bike parks any favours at all. Are we going to see speed limits and closures on trails because of reactions like this? It might be that the crazy troll might have been pressured into going riding by her boyfriend. If that's the case guys, if you ask your girlfriend if she wants to go DH with you and she says no, respect her decision and do not EVER ask her to go with you again, ok? And city people, if you've never been on a MTB before make sure the 1st place you go is not a bike park or DHing.

That said, I love the way the dude gets rolling again and the BeeGees kicks back in..quality.

 Not in the UK or Canada. In the US litigation costs comprise 2.1% of the national GDP, which is almost double the next closest country (Italy) and almost 3 times that of the UK. It amazes me when I visit the U.S. how common it is for people to be afraid of being sued. I was hanging out with a local rider in Hawaii over the holidays and he basically stated that he won't let his kid build a ramp in their back-yard because if one of his friends uses it and gets hurt his homeowners insurance might not be enough to cover a lawsuit.

She must not have been too hurt considering that she sprang up and was able to heave her bike at him! The first thing I thought when the dude said its all my fault I was to close is damn dude you just lost the lawsuit you admitted you were in the wrong, how sad is that, that the first thing in my mind was how do I protect myself from getting sued in that situation.

I know a guy who allowed his son to ride a friends quad and when his kid broke his leg he sued the friend. What makes this even more retarded is the guy allows his son to races quads so its not like the kid was a beginner.......

She's obviously never skied or mountain biked in her life. Anyone who has knows that you don't just stop right in the middle of shit, or where you can't be seen by someone coming down the trail. I'm not a slug DH, but I'm always aware that there are people coming a whole lot faster than me, and I'm prepared to move over and/or stop when I have to. Listen for noise behind you, and it's not that hard to tell when someone's on trail behind you.

"It's mountain biking" ... sure is, honey, and if you can't cope with a little off now and then, maybe you should stay home, watch the baby and make muffins or something.

 Love the first two vids - thanks for the laugh. But people, don't go hating on girl riders because of one chick who isn't capable of taking accountability for her own inabilities and accepting the consequences of a sport like MTBing. This is not a gender issue. I can't tell you how many times I've seen girls AND guys riding oblivious to trail etiquette and safety (e.g. stopping in a berm or the middle of a trail). But I must say, I've never met or ridden with anyone with a sour attitude like this women (at first it seemed the video was staged). She is the exception, not the rule. All of the women and men in my riding community are respectful regardless of whether they screw up sometimes or not (the guy's reaction in the video is exactly how my buddies would behave). I agree with the comments on here - #3 isn't funny - it's an example of what rarely happens and the type of energy the biking community can do without.

 Pretty much this exact thing happened to me while I was snowboarding the other day. This chick came from behind me and tried to pass me as I was about to go off a sidehit which resulted in her launching off it by mistake. Then she started screaming at me and wanted to call patrol to take my pass away! Some people are so stupid when they are the ones who actually cause the accident and then blame others because they are being out of control.

 I loved vid 1 and 2 but vid 3 my god that annoyed me, i nearly paralyised myself 2 weeks ago at my local motocross track after bailing a tabletop and the way she reacted "f*cking a*shole" "hes gonna pay for it" im like you stupid bitch, 1) if you know theres gonna be riders behind at least make a signal saying that your about to stop or at least pull over not slam your breaks on in the middle of the course, and 2) failing the breaking signal or pulling over she shouldnt of take it soo badly i mean christ im wearing the same stuff she was (but in black Razz ) and my god i didnt make any fit like that over it when i near enough f*cked my life up, she needs to grow up and stop being such an ass and i hope she reads this comment one day and realises what a dick she was that day i mean that guy musta had a crappy time after that.

 I've seen the Fender Bender before - it is the absolute funniest video ever (possibly out of all the non-mtb vids)!!
